A memoir signed by Pertevniyal stating that Süleyman Efendi was dealing with foundation affairs, that a duty was assigned to Abdülvedud and that March and April duties were assigned to him, that the certificates of Mercimek Lodge were returned and that the Quran parts purchased for the parts and hatim to be taught in the mosque were sealed and put in a drawer.
