An unsigned memorandum stating that the pipes through which the fresh water named Kırkçeşme, built by Sultan Süleyman, was divided from the main line near the Şehzade Police Station and distributed to some places, needed to be repaired, that Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Mosque, the school and the tomb were suffering from water shortage due to their damage, and that a spirit level should be built in the appropriate place to solve this problem.
