The Sheikhul Harem informed the Grand Vizier and Halet Pasha in writing that Ata Bey, the Director of the Harem-i Şerif-i Nebevi, had come and obstructed the hospital building, and that Rıfat, the Registrar of the Harem-i Nebevi Treasury in Medina, İsmet, the Chief Secretary of the Tahrirat, and Seyyid Safi Effendi had instigated the said person in this way, and other matters.
