Osman Pasha, Sheikhul Haremi of the Prophet, and Şetaret Kadın and Ali Pasha, who were the governors of the meadows and fields within the borders of former Davutpaşa and now Değirmen Çayırı, from the Imperial Estate of Istabl-ı Âmire, obtained from the Treasury of Finance, transferred these places to the former Grand Vizier Mehmet Ali Pasha. Es-Sayyid Mehmet Raşid sealed record copy stating that they sold it for 5,000 kuruş.
