The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to Him who is dearest to Him, the weak rely on withholding hope and beautiful hope, and thanks to a single, infinitely existent God who guides those who love Him to correct work, and prayers and peace be upon Him who included in His generous creation every detail of perfection and the sum of the best sent, whose mention is with God raised up, and upon his family and companions who conveyed to us every narrated and heard virtue, and with whom every forsaken and fabricated evil was cut off, and upon every follower with insight and consideration, especially the group of the righteous imams of antiquities. Now, since the chain of transmission is one of the rituals of Islam and an honor that distinguishes its people over all other peoples, and one of the requirements of missions and the greatest of desires, for the sheikhs in knowledge are fathers in religion and a link between those who learn from them and the Lord of the worlds. Al-Sumaida’ Al-Nahrir and the famous Al-Ludha’i, who was keen to add to it what others have of virtues and which are plentiful in addition to what he has in abundance, asked me to be the distinguished and perfect predecessor in the arena of virtues, Abu Muhammad Abdul Qadir, known as Ibn Abdullah bin Al-Mustafa bin Al-Sheikh Abi Muhammad. Mr. Abdul Qadir bin Abdullah Al-Mushrifi, the tribe of Al-Sharif Al-Hasani Al-Idrisi by lineage, then Al-Rashidi, his homeland and birth, and reciting the Ijaza in the Sciences for himself and for those of his children who were not good and those of them who will exist after hearing from me the chain of narration of mercy in priority and the chain of narration on the day of Eid.
The end of the manuscript: May the merciful be upon him. The Most Merciful, Blessed and Most High, will have mercy on them. Have mercy on whoever is on earth and he who is in heaven will have mercy on you. It was included by Al-Tirmidhi on the authority of Muhammad bin Abi Omar on the authority of Sufyan and he said: Hasan Sahih, so he signed a high reward for us. Praise and wisdom be due to God in hearing this hadith first. Just as the scholars decided that the listener should know that the mercy of God Almighty is for His merciful servants, so he is imbued with mercy, so he first has mercy on himself by fearing God Almighty, then he has mercy on others by advising others, which is the basis of religion. I advise Al-Majaz and me to fear God Almighty and not to forget me from his good supplications, especially with a good ending. God benefited him and benefited him and made him among those whom He honored with piety and elevated him and enabled us all to do what He loves and is pleased with, beseeching Him in that through His most honorable prophets, may God’s prayers and peace be upon them and upon their family and companions, the guided Imams. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. It was written by the wretched and poor Omar bin Abdul-Karim bin Abdul-Rasul Al-Attar for thirteen nights. (Sic) The remainder of the month of Dhul-Hijjah in the year two hundred and thousand and thirty of the Hijra of the One who has glory, glory, and honor, may God bless him, his family, and his companions and grant them peace.
