With technological developments, the environment in which information is recorded has changed and information sources have emerged in the electronic environment. It is known that university libraries' interest in e-resources has increased in parallel with the developments. With this increase, the concepts of e-resource management and user training in e-resources are emerging, and efficient use of resources brings many advantages. Issues such as academic studies, research, training, literature reviews, observation of publication analysis, e-resources It has a positive effect on increasing usage. Thanks to e-resource search systems, faster and more effective results can be achieved. Use of search systems; It brings with it multiple solutions such as accessing the right information in the right ways, filtering the results, and on-campus and off-campus uses. With this solution, the need for user training in e-resource management arises. In line with the emerging needs, a 10-question focus group study was conducted with a group of Özyeğin University library users. Through the questions asked, data such as users' electronic resource information, their evaluations about the library collection, their opinions about the announcements, and their comments about the adequacy of user training were collected and analyzed. Data analysis Each question asked is divided into percentiles on a per-person basis. The responses were scored according to these percentages and the findings shared in the paper were obtained. Using the findings, the importance of user training in e-resource use was emphasized, and it was observed that user training has an important place in e-resource management.
