Due to the unique dynamic structure of sports and the continuity of sports activities, sports disputes; It must be resolved quickly and definitively by independent and impartial experts. In order for sporting competition to continue under equal conditions, the resolution of similar disputes must not lead to different results and must be uniform. For this reason, a supranationally accepted judicial institution was needed for the resolution of sporting disputes, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (“Tribunal Arbitral Du Sport” or TAS, “Court Of Arbitration For Sport” or CAS) was established. Within the scope of our study, current discussions in the doctrine and judicial decisions are also touched upon and CAS's; Its place in the sports hierarchy, how the trial procedure takes place, whether it is structurally independent and impartial, the scope of its jurisdiction, whether its decisions are accepted internationally, its enforceability and the possibility of legal remedies against its decisions have been evaluated., Due to the unique dynamic structure of sports and the continuity of sports activities; Sports disputes need to be resolved quickly and definitively by independent and impartial experts.
