Blue, red, green, yellow and orange are generally used for text in Arabic, whereas black is used for Persian text. The Persian part describes the method eg what actions have to be taken. For example, the seventh square on the right-hand side of the table contains instructions for healing neck pain. Translation: "For neck pain, Pray two units (raka‘ahs) of prayer. In each unit, recite Sūrat al-Ḥamd (al-Fātiḥah) once, and Sūrat al-Zalzalah three times. After that, rub your hand over the area of pain, send salutations (ṣalawāt) three times, and ask God, Glorified and Exalted, for healing and relief."
