(Lieutenant-Colonel Hugh Vincent Biscoe) by the King of Nejd and Hejaz, Bin Saud [‘Abd al-‘Azīz bin ‘Abd al-Raḥmān bin Fayṣal Āl Sa‘ūd] in 1932. The majority of the correspondence takes place between staff at the Political Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. in Bahrain and the Political Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. in Bushire in the wake of Biscoe’s sudden death in July 1932, and relates to attempts to dispose of the horses and their offspring.
