نسخة دقيقة عبارة عن مجموعة من الحواشي جمعها المؤلف من الحواشي التي تظهر في مخطوطة تعود لوالده محمد بن محمد الحطاب (ت.١٥٤٦؟) من الرسالة، الرسالة المالكية الشهيرة لأبي محمد عبد الله بن أبي زيد القيرواني (ت. 996). تشير جداول المحتويات في الافتتاحية (ص.3 و ص.5) وقائمة المحتويات في ص.9 إلى أن هذه النسخة من النص كانت ذات يوم جزءًا من مجموعة الأعمال (المجموعة).
