Followed by two more lectures: Muḥākamat wazīrayn fī amrayn khaṭīrayn, an account of two trials held in Baghdad in A.D. 918 and 923 before the Caliph al-Muqtadir ; and Ibn Khakldūn fī al-Madrasah al-ʻĀdilīyah, a study of episodes in the life of Ibn Khaldūn, with a comparison between him and Jamāl al-Dīn al-Afghānī.
