Ms. codex.Title from title page (fol. 1a).25 lines per page. Written in medium large naskh in black ink. The topics are written on the margins by a later hand. Light cream paper with laid and chain lines visible. Fol. 143-144 are later additions on European glazed paper with watermark (Tre Lune). Waqf, see waqf statement on fol. 1a, refering to al-Shaykh Muṣṭafá ibn Saʻd al-Suyūṭī thumma al-Zaḥībānī(?). Obliterated ownership statement in pencil on fol. 1a. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (with two fol. 121).Collation: Paper, fol. 144 ; 1-13¹⁰ 14¹⁰ (+ 3 fol. on the same paper + 2 later fol., on European glazed paper) ; catchword on the verso of the first four fol. and the last fol. of each quire .Incipit: قال شيخنا وسيدنا الامام ... بن تيمية الحراني ادام الله بركته ... الحمد لله الذي اكمل لنا ديننا واتم علينا نعمته ... وبعد فاني كنت قد نهيت اما مبتدياً او مجيباً عن التشبه بالكفارExplicit (fol. 143b): فهدي الله الذين امنوا لما اختلفوا فيه من الحق باذنه والله يهدى من يشاء الى صراط مستقيم - Only the cloth of the spine is extant. - Treatise against participating in celebrations of Jewish and Christian festivals.
