Last 3-4 lines of text on some pages faded and occasionally illegible.Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. فصول الاحبار وما فيها من الخلاف فصل الحبر صيعه ولا يقول للحبر صيعه على ما قدمت في الامر ...Colophon: والله اعلم وصلواته على سيدنا محمد النبي واله وسلم تسليما والحمد لله رب العالمين - Later? type III (without flap) binding in dark brown leather. Blind-stamped central design of circles and dots and blind-tooled edging. Pink paper pastedowns and flyleaves. Cover in poor condition. - The third volume of a work on the principles of Hanbalite law and jurisprudence. The work is also known as Kitāb al-FuṣūI.
