The manuscript has some topics about Fasalatan and giving name to newborn children. The text is in Syair (Malay poetry). The physical size of the manusript is 23,1 x 14,9 cm; Laid paper with watermark fleur-de-lis with crown on top, countermark "IV":; black ink; various line per pages, between 7, 11, 15, 18 line/page. The manuscript has been restored; new cover made by thick cardboard and covered by red linen paper. The paper is covered by Japanese tissue; The original paper is broken in some pages with some holes because of the insect. Some pages are readable. The basic manuscript condition is endangered, but after restored the condition is good and sturdy.
