نص عينة [A dictionary of Shiah traditionists, with brief notes as to date, credibility, and other matters ; with a supplement extracted from a work entitled Manhaj al-maqāl, by Muḥammad ibn ʿAlī al-Astarābādī. Followed by three other works, namely : (1) a biographical dictionary of Shiah divines from the time of Abu Jaʿfar al-Ṭūsī downwards, entitled Amal al-āmil, by Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ḥurr al-ʿĀmilī ; (2) al-Wajīzah, a short treatise on the science of tradition, by Bahā al-Dīn al-ʿĀmilī ; and (3) a more extensive work on the same subject as the preceding, entitled Tawḍīḥ al-maqāl, by Ḥājī Mullā ʿAlī Kannī.].
