Laid oriental paper, Catchwords on the verso of each leaf, V.1: (BWL W16: 1) 1-478 pages, v.2 (BWL W16: 2) 479-870 pages, Badly wormed; rule borders; sideheads; folios are laminated, some leaves are restored, Colophon indicates the composition date of the actual text as Rajab 773 [1372]; fair copy in Sha'bān 805 [1403], Transcribed in Aḥmadābād, Gujrāt in Laylat al-Mi'rāj (Rajab), 999 [1591]. Copied by 'Abd al-Ḥayy ibn Malik (...?) al-Qārī, Appended to volume 1 is a letter written to Casey A. Wood by W. Ivanow, Stamp of Dr. Casey A. Wood on the verso of first page in both volumes, Half bound black leather ; titles copied on the spine ; stab sewn, Hitti, P. Garrett coll., Gacek, Adam.
