Libya ( the state of Tripoli the West) was subjected to the rule of the Qarmanli family , an inherited rule which continued for 124 years from 1711_1835.During this period , six of the family members ruled Libya, However, couldn’t control the state because they fouowed the steps of the Ottoman rulers of the first Ottoman period, An important phenomenon of that time is the Islamic Jihad in the Mediterranear sea , After the great Ottoman naval achievements ,the state of Tripoli the west , especially during reign of the Qaramanli family, was in conflict with some of the Earopean countries after the Qaraman is imposed taxes on the Earopean ships
