إذا كان زحل صالح الحال أو رديء الحال حلوله
في الطالع صالح يدل على حلم الملوك والنظر في أمور
الرعية ومصالحها وصلاح أحوال العالم وكثرت
الخيرات وطول البركات في الزروع والنبات
وقوة المعاش وطيب قلوب الناس سيما
أصحاب الفلاحة ...

... وفي الثاني عشر يدل على صلاح
النواحي ورداءته يدل على كثرة المحاربين وظهور الأعداء
والشرور وكثرة الفساد والأمراض والله أعلم وأحكم
