Treatise on dietetics by the Andalusian physician Abū Marwān ʿAbd al-Malik ibn Abī al-ʿAlāʾ Zuhr (أبو مروان عبد الملك بن أبي العلاء زهر, d. 1162), known as Ibn Zuhr (ابن زهر), Latinised as Avenzoar. The copy is defective at beginning and the surviving text mentiones neither the author nor the title of the work. The text can be identified, however, by comparison with the edition by García Sánchez (Madrid: Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas Instituto de Cooperación con el Mundo Árabe, 1992).
The text is followed by a note on magical formulas written by the same hand as the note on f. 67r-v.
Begins (f. 68r, lines 1-3, defective at beginning; see ed. García Sánchez, p. 10, lines 10-11):
ولا في كذلك كلا فإن اختلاف المزاج يضعف قوة الأبدان
ذكر أي الأخباز أفضل
أفضل الأخباز خبز الحنطة المختمر الذي طبخ في التنور
