Fols. 31; 15.7 x 11.6 cm.; written surface 11 x 8.4 cm.; 13 lines to page; on glazed Arabic paper; in naskhi; with vowel signs; with illumination., A fragment of a work on the description of Jerusalem together with a history of events that took place there., Beg.: بسم الله ... قال شىخ الامة ... الحمد لله خالق السموات والارض ومشرف بعض البقاع على بعض, Ending: هو منکر الحدىث لم ىروه عن عبد الله بن بشر, Title page illuminated in gold and color. On 43 folios following last is a fragment of a collection of correspondence in verse and prose. MS in fair condition; stained with dampness; several folios foxed; Arabic cloth binding. Probably from XlVth century., Acquired from Bārūdī, Beirūt, A.D. 1925.
