MS has numerous family tree diagrams and several inserts. Many entries are dated. Unique. Among the many inscriptions and entries on fol. 1a-2b are a statement that the MS was among the possessions of the author on 2 Rajab 1181., Title from text (fol. 2b)., Colophon: تمت ضحوة نهار الاثنين 18 رجب سنة 1182 نجاز البضاعة, Incipit: سم الله ... بالله يثق العبد محمد مرتضى عفا الله عنه | Type II (with flap) binding in brown leather.
