See description of contents in introduction, leaves 4a-7b. | Ms. codex., Title from leaf 1a., Physical description: 12-18 lines per page; written in indifferent naskh in black on glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords; a few marginal notes. Leaves 1-3 detached. Occasional staining. In good condition., Origin: 16 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 939 H [9 June 1533], by ʻAlī ibn Aḥmad al-Munshār (leaf 289b)., Incipit: الحمد لله الواحد الاحد الفرد الصمد الذى لم يلد ولم يولد ... وبعد فان الله سبحانه وتعالى لما جعل التاسى بنبيه مفتاحا لرضوانه | Covers detached; consist of full brown leather with flap and blind-stamped central mandorla, pendants, cornerpieces, and fillets. | On leaf 1a: note and stamp of the scribe; three rectangular stamps (two also present on leaf 289b); note dated Rabīʻ I 1104 H [November 1692]. Acquired from Brill, Leyden, 1904, from the books of Amīn ibn Ḥasan al-Ḥulwānī al-Madanī al-Ḥanafī (Medina). | Brockelmann, C. GAL, I, 405 (3/5)
