Anonymous., Fols. 80; 19.5 x 12 cm.; written surface 14.5 x 7 cm.; 13 lines to page; on European paper; in naskhi; with catchwords., A compilation of the beliefs and doctrines of the Khārijite sect., Beg.: بسم الله ... وقوله تعالى انه قال مولانا امىر المومنىن, Colophon: تم الکتاب بعون الملك الوهاب, The work was composed for a certain ʻAlī ʻĪd. The copy, according to a note after the colophon, was made in Marseille by Yūḥannā ibn Yūsuf Wārsī al-Faransīsī. MS in good condition; French binding. On back of binding is the title ʻʻCatéchisme des reformes musulmansʼʼ. MS probably from the early XlXth century., Acquired from Brill, Leyden, A.D. 1904.
