On title page is a note explaining words of a prayer., Origin: According to colophon copied Monday 15 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 979 (fol. 133a)., Title from title page (fol. 1a)., Colophon: تم الکتاب بعون الله تعالى في يوم الاثنين المبارك الخامس عشر من شهر ذي الحجة الحرام ختام شهور سنة تسع وسبعين وتسعماية والحمد لله وصلواته. وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وآله وصحبه وازواجه وسلم تسليما دائما الى يوم الدين وغفر لکاتبه ولوالديه ولمشايخه ولاحبايه [لاحبائه] ولسائر المسلمين اجمعين. آمين, Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه الاعانة. الحمد لله على فضله العميم | Later type II (with flap) binding in red leather and black and red marbled paper.
