On the title page is a table of contents., Collation: Paper ; fol. 182 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 13 lines per page., Description: Rubricated ; some vowel signs ; MS in good condition., Origin: According to colophon copy completed 23 Ṣafar 918 by ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad al Manẓarāwi (fol. 181b)., Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم توكلت علي الله الحمد لله الذي کشف بالعلماء کل مشکل و ملغز واوضح بالفهماء ... وبعد فان الفقه عماد الدين وحبله المتين المصعد الي افق الحق المبين ..., Colophon: وکان الفراغ من نسخه في الثالث والعشرين من صفرالخير سنة ثماني عشرة وتسع مائة احسن الله عاقبتها وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد واله وصحبه وسلم. على يد فقير رحمة ربه علي بن محمد المنظراوي غفرالله له ولوالديه ولجميع المسلمين امين والحمد لله رب العالمين | Later? type II (with flap) binding in red leather. Blind-stamped mandorla with pendants, corner and edge designs and blind-tooled decorative edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap. Blue marbled pastedowns.
