Incomplete at the end, contains a table of contents at the end. Includes pagination in red ink on the top left corner in every other page. Enclosed in three rules, rubricated, catch words, abundant marginal and interlinear glosses. 15 lines per page, wove Oriental paper, nasta'alīq script influenced by shikastah. Manuscript Purchased by Ivanow in Lucknow, 1927.. Jāmī's commentary on ʻUthmān ibn ʻUmar Ibn al-Ḥājib's grammar book, Kitāb al-Kāfīyah. The work was written for his son Ḍiyāʼ al-Dīn and was completed on Saturday, the 11th of Ramaḍān 897 (1492).
