This is no. 5 of a manuscript with six Risālahs bound together. It includes 129 folios in total. Copied by Khalīl ibn Yūnis. Followed by (ff. 122b-129a) al-amthalah al-mukhtalafah, arranged in the form of diagrams. Preceded by six leaves containing notes, quotations and seals, including Naṣīḥah muhimmah li-ṭālib al-'ilm (f.2b-3a, in Turkish), inscription (f.5a) : Yā kabīkaj Yā ḥāfiẓ (followed by the seal of Soklomon), waqfīyah. Marginal glosses in Turkish and Arabic. Turkish hand, rubricated, single line rule-borders. 13 lines per page, laid European paper (watermark : crown and grapes). Title from the first page, date from colophon.
