According to the end of this copy, the work was completed in Muḥarram 667 [1268]. | Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 1a)., Physical description: 23 lines per page. Written in medium large naskh in black ink with use of red. Yāʾ for alif maqṣūrah ; final yāʾ dotted. The text is partially vocalized. Fol. 43-44 and 51-54 are later replacements. Marginal annotations. The text has been collated. Several inscriptions on fol. 1a, including audition statements (samāʻ) and ownership statements. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Chiefly quinions. The covers have a central panel defined by fillets with a border consisting of two running patterns, one with small gold stamped dots. The panel is heavily tooled, with a geometrical pattern developing from a central twelve pointed star. Gold stamped dots. Similar geometrical pattern on the envelope flap, with a medallion filled with a six pointed star. Rebacked ; fore-edge flap is a later replacement.
