Fiziksel açıklama Bag, cotton embroidered with silk and metal thread in straight stitch, buttonhole edging, needleweaving and pulled thread work lined with woven silk. Displayed behind glass. The cotton fabric is folded along the bottom of the bag, so the border appears only on 3 sides. It is needleweaving with silver metal thread in a pattern of X-motifs alternating with stepped lozenges. The main panel of the bag is pulled thread work using silver metal thread to form a square grid with a rosette in each square. A lining of red silk can be seen through the grid. There are traces of dark silk used as a fine border either side of the needlewoven border. There is a white cotton [?] drawstring threaded round the open edge; there is some silver metal thread wound around the end.
