Fiziksel açıklama Tile with lightly convex surface, earthenware under coloured glazes, showing a fragment of a complex inscription in white against an arabesque pattern on a dark-blue ground. The inscription is in two registers. The upper register is represented by letters in an ornamented Eastern Kufic style (also called New Style), while the dominant lower register, which was probably in the thuluth style, is represented only by part of a curved stroke, in the bottom right corner. The arabesque pattern consists of scrolling tendrils set with half-palmettes, in turquoise and white. All the motifs are outlined in black.
