Fragment of a plain woven undyed linen cloth, possibly a hanging or cover. Decoration has been created with looped pile, formed from picks of dyed woolen weft woven into the ground fabric. The pile decoration consists of a purple wool roundel containing an angular ornament, possibly a stylised fruit or blossom, in pale pink, green and red wool.
