ملاحظات
Two pieces of double woven silk. Egypt, Mamluk, ca. AD1250-1500. One layer is dark blue and the other buff. The design is of fleur-de-lis across the fabric with zig-zagged lines joining some of them at their base. The smaller piece has stitch holes down the middle and the larger piece has stitch holes along one side. The fabric is torn and stained.
