There are two variations: black ground with a central red rosette and white rigid sprays; white ground with red and yellow central rosette and black, rigid sprays. Each cartouche is framed by resist white leafy stems with black flowers emanating from the black cartouches. The dimensions of the printing blocks can be seen on the back of the fabric. There is evidence of two original seams, so this may have been part of a garment.
