ملاحظات	قطعة من قماش الكتان المنسوج مع شريط زخرفي من التطريز. مصر، كاليفورنيا. AD600-800. الكتان الأساسي ملطخ وبه ثقوب. غير مصبوغ؛ نسج عادي ضياء الموضوع. تقريبا. 1 ملم؛ 15 × 15 تي بي سي؛ s-نسج. الشريط الزخرفي، بالقرب من قاعدة القطعة، عبارة عن قطعة من الكتان الخشن، مطرزة بغرز طويلة وخيوط حريرية ملونة (أصفر، أزرق فاتح، أزرق داكن وأحمر) بتصميم نباتي (زهرة اللوتس؟). وهي متصلة، من الجانب السفلي، بقطعة أخرى من الكتان المصقول الناعم، ربما بسداة حريرية. الجزء السفلي من الكتان السفلي أقل بهتانًا من الجزء العلوي من الزخرفة، مما يشير إلى أنه كان مغطى بالكتان الناعم الذي تم قطعه منذ ذلك الحين. يمكن أيضًا رؤية شريط رفيع من الكتان الناعم فوق الشريط الزخرفي. على غرار 125-1891.

Malzemeler ve teknikler	Plain woven linen with silk embroidery Linen Silk Plain Weave Embroidery
Fiziksel açıklama	A fragment of a plain woven, undyed linen cloth, possibly a tunic, with a decorative strip of embroidery. The underlying linen is stained and with holes; thread dia. approx. 1mm; 15x15 tpc; s-spun. The decorative strip, near the base of the fragment, is a piece of rougher linen, embroidered with long stitiches and colourful silk threads (yellow, light blue, dark blue and red) in a floral design. It is attached, on the underside, to another piece of finer, glazed linen, possibly with a silk warp. The lower section of the underlying linen is less faded than above the decoration, suggesting it was covered by the finer linen which has since been cut away. A thin strip of the finer linen can also be seen above the decorative strip.
Üretim	Embroidery is relatively uncommon amongst Late Antique Egyptian textiles. It is possible that this piece was imported or embroidered by a non-Egyptian. 124-1891, 125-1891 and 126-1891 all possibly come from the same tunic.
