Fiziksel açıklama
Border of tapestry woven wool twill. Part of a larger piece as indicated by the occasional coloured wefts on the cut side. One selvedge with simple returned wefts. White ground with a densely patterned angular black meander bearing green leaves and blossoms including a spray of light blue irises and red and blue stylised carnations. This border is edged either side by a narrow stripe of tiny blue lozenges edged with small dark red dots. Warp: white wool. Weft: dark red, red and yellow wool, all S-twist; white, black, dark blue, light blue, green and grey wool, all indeterminable twist.
