ملاحظات
Isfahan is credited, on doubtful grounds, with the manufacture of a group of wares with elaborately moulded pictorial designs on flattened flasks, bottles and jars, covered in jewel-like monochrome glazes. The designs on the relief panels have been compared to the work of a Safavid court painter, Riza-i âAbbasi (1565-1635), which may suggest an early 17th century date for the group.
