An oval tablet of semi-transparent, off-white agate; engraved with two different texts in concentric bands. The centre is inscribed with Surat Al-Anbiyah, 21:87:
Ùا اÙ٠اÙا اÙت سبØاÙÙ
اÙÙ ÙÙت Ù
٠اÙظاÙÙ
ÙÙ
There is no god but You (O Allah); Glory be to You. Truly, I have been one of the wrongdoers.
The outer band is inscribed with Surat Al-'IkhlÄÅ, set within narrow double border:
