Dress fabric of woven wool, twill binding. Very fine fabric patterned with a series of four very narrow stripes. [1] light brown/pink ground with small isolated geometric shape with an S-direction, so it appears to be a meander, in yellow and white with a dark blue centre. [2] white ground with a dark blue meander bearing blue leaf forms and a light brown/pink rosette. [3] dark blue ground with a small light brown/pink lozenge edged in white with yellow and white details. [4] repeat of [2] Warp: light brown/pink, white, dark blue wool, all S-twist. Weft: white, light brown/pink, dark blue, yellow wool, all S-twist.
