İbrahim b. Mustafa el-Halebî (v. 1190/1776), Hatîb et-Timurtâşî'nin Tenvîru'l-ebsâr adlı eserine Alâuddin el-Haskefî'nin yazmış olduğu ed-Dürrü'l-muhtâr adlı şerh üzerine Tuhfetü'l-ahyâr adlı bir hâşiye kaleme almış ve bu eser Hanefî ilim dünyasında önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Çeşitli bölümleri müstakil birer tez olarak çalışılan söz konusu eserin Kitâbu'l-hudûd ve Kitâbu'l-mefkûd bölümleri arasını çalışmamıza konu edineceğiz. İlgili bölümlerin tahkikini yapacağımız bu çalışmada, eserin pek çok yazma nüshası arasından tahkik kriterlerine uygun dördünü seçtik. Bunlar arasından, müellif müsveddesinden istinsah edildiği beyan edilen Hacı Selim Ağa Kütüphanesindeki nüshayı asıl nüsha olarak tercih ettik. Çalışmamız giriş (mukaddime) ve sonuç (hâtime) bölümleri haricinde iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çalışmamıza konu olan Tuhfetü'l-ahyâr adlı eseri ve bu eserin temelini oluşturan Tenvîru'l-ebsâr'ı ve ed-Dürrü'l-muhtâr'ı, müellifleri ile birlikte tanıtılarak bunların ilim geleneğindeki konumu ortaya koyulacaktır. Birinci bölümün son kısmında ise Tuhfetü'l-ahyâr'ı ayrıntılı olarak ele alınacak ve haşiyenin yazımında takip edilen metot, haşiyenin kaynakları, genel özellikleri, tahkikte takip edilen yöntem ve nüshalar hakkında bilgi verilecektir. Çalışmanın ikinci kısmını ise Tuhfetü'l-ahyâr'ın Hudûd ve Mefkûd bahisleri arasındaki bölümün tahkiki yer almaktadır. Tahkikte nüshalar arası farklara işaret edilirken diğer yandan haşiyede verilen bilgilerin ve yapılan atıfların asıl kaynaklarına ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonuç kısmını takiben önerilere ve çalışmamızda esas aldığımız yazma nüshalara dair görsellere yer verilmiştir.
Ibrahim Mustafa al-Halabi (d. 1190/1776) wrote an explanatory comment (footnote) entitled Tuhfat al-Akhyar on the commentary called al-Durr al-Mukhtar written by Alaa al-Din al-Hasakfi on the work of the Timurtachi preacher called Tanweer al-Absar, and this work has an important place in the world of Hanafi science. We will focus on the chapters of Kitab al-Hudud and Kitab al-Mefkud from the above work, various parts of which have been studied as a separate treatise. In this study, in which we will investigate the relevant sections, we have selected four manuscripts suitable for validation criteria from among several manuscripts of work. Among these, we preferred the copy in the Haji Selim Agha Library, which was declared to be a copied from the author's manuscript, as the original. Our study consists of two main parts, except for the introduction (mukaddime) and conclusion (hâtime). In the first chapter, we will discuss in the subject of our research the work known as Tuhfat al-Akhyar and define what constitutes the basis for this work, which are the books of Enlightening the Eyes and Al-Durar Al-Mukhtar, with their authors, and their position in the scientific tradition will be revealed. In the last part of the first chapter, Tuhfat Al-Akhyar will be discussed in detail and information will be provided about the method used in writing the annotation (footnote), its sources, its general characteristics, the method used for investigation and transcription. The second part of the study is the analysis of the section between the two studies of Hudud and the Mefkud from the book Tuhfat Al-Akhyar. In the review the differences between the transcripts were noted and, on the other hand, it was attempted to access the original sources of the information contained in the annotation (footnote) and the citations provided. After the concluding part of our study, suggestions and visual images of the manuscripts upon which we base our study are included.
