الصفحة اليمنى: رسالة على شكل صك، من بلاط أفرايم ب، وربما كتبها. الشمارية، في الفسطاط، بتاريخ إيلول 1361 (= 1050 م). المرأة ملوك بات نعمة ب. وهب زوجة يوسف الكاتب ب. منسى (المعروف بابن العاني)، يجلب ثلاثة شهود يؤكدون أن لها الحق الوحيد في تركة ابن عم والدها تيبان بن. محفوظ القمي (أي من قم في إيران)، الذي توفي في حلب، وترك ابن عمه، والدها، وريثًا وحيدًا له، وبما أن شقيقها وهب، الذي كان مصرفيًا، توفي في الفيوم، فهي تظل الوريث الوحيد لتركات والدها وابن عمه. شهد مناحم المعلم ب. سليمان، عزريا ب. مناحم ب. ميفوراك، ويعقوب ب. ديفيد. الظهر: جزء من نص عربي غير ذي صلة.
