تسوية تتعلق بحل الشراكة بين أبو علي حزقيال هاليفي وبنين (ربما الصيدلاني بنين بن داود)، اللذين كانا يديران بشكل مشترك مصنعًا للعطور في الجيزة. وسيستمر أبو علي في إدارة المتجر بنفسه، وسيقوم بنين بسداد حصته من إيجار المتجر على أقساط أسبوعية. المتجر نفسه مملوك لسبأ المسلم. بيد الكاتب حلفون ب. منسى ها ليفي، ومؤرخ في 5 شفاط 1126 م. كما وقع حلفون على الوثيقة مع إسحق المعلم ب. الحاييم النفوسي.
