ملاحظات	سجل المحكمة، الذي فيه بيراهيا ها كوهين ب. يشهد طرفون بخصوص الليلة التي فيها سليمان (سلامة) ب. اعتدى إبراهيم الشيراجي على أبي السرور بن سرور ومزق ثيابه. طريف. واتهم سليمان أبا السرور بجره إلى السلطات الإسلامية، وهو ما ينفيه أبو السرور ويتهم سليمان بإساءة معاملة الزعيم اليهودي. ثم تم تكفير أبو السرور. الشهود هم جوزيف ب. رجاء، جوزيف ب. منصور، مفوراح ب. إسحاق، جوزيف ب. مفوراح والعازار ب. ويوسف وابن القاس مذكوران أيضاً. كتبه ابراهيم ب. ناثان ومؤرخ في 27 آذار 1415 من العصر السلوقي (= 1104 م) في القاهرة.
