جزء من صك إبراء من شراكة بين ثلاثة مستثمرين (أبو سعيد حلفون بن نسيم، المعروف بأبي الحسين؛ وأبو الفضل عمرام بن أفرايم، المعروف بأبي الكثير؛ وأبو الفرج الجبيلي يشوع بن منسى الهلاوي) ومدير (أبو) ل-رضا سليمان ب. مكتوبة بخط هالفون ب. منسى. استمرت الشراكة ثلاث سنوات، من شفاط 1115 إلى شفاط 1118، وكان الغرض منها تصدير سلع ثمينة من صعيد مصر لإعادة بيعها في اليمن. وقعه إسحاق ب. صموئيل وحلفون ب. منسى. وتحتوي الوثيقة أيضًا على تصريح ست السادة بات إيفياتر ها كوهين جاعون في حضور زوجها أبو المكارم، ويذكر أبو الحسن الصيرفي بن. منسى ها كوهين ب. سعدية ها كوهين.
