ملاحظات	وثيقة قانونية توضح تفاصيل شراء نصف منزل في القاهرة تم نقله بالميراث. بعد وفاة زوجة أبي الفضل بن. البركات (المعروفة بابن الوتيد)، انقسمت ملكية منزلها (الذي ورثته سابقًا) بين زوجها أبو الفضل وابنتها من زواج سابق نزار بات حلفون. ثم اشترى سالم، زوج نزار، نصف العقار لأبي الفضل. هالفون ب. ويشهد يعقوب (المعروف بابن عقبان) على وقائع القضية، فالأموال والأفراد معروفة لديه. في يد حلفون ب. منسى (1100-1138م).
