محضر قضائي بشأن ترتيبات تجارية بين أبو الفضل المتسوّق بسوق العطارين (تاجر في سوق العطور) ب. أبو الفتوح اللاوي وبركات العطار (تاجر العطور) ب. أبو سعد. كتب في الفسطاط في عهد إبراهيم بن ميمون (ب. موسى بن ميمون) خلال العقد الأخير من شهر تشرين 1526 من العصر السلوقي (= 1215 م) [؟ سنة تضررت بشدة]. الظهر: قوائم (ربما حسابات) وتدوينات.
