ملاحظات	جزء من رسالة التوسل، ج. 1025 م، كتبه أبو الفرج الحفير في طبريا، لأبي الطيب المرنم، وفيه يصف المجذومون اليهود، الذين يقيمون في طبرية من أجل العلاج في ينابيعها الحارة، أعراضهم، بما في ذلك الصمم والعمى والتشوهات، ويطلبون المساعدة المالية من الجالية اليهودية في الفسطاط. في النص الرئيسي للرسالة، وفي السطر العبري الوحيد في العنوان على الصفحة اليسرى، تبقى مساحات فارغة لإدخال اسم المستلم ووالده. السطران المتبقيان على الجانب الأيسر هما العنوان باللغة اليهودية العربية.
