الوجه: سالم ب. منصور الحلبي يستدعي شهوداً على ميراث: إبراهيم ب. شمريا القاضي والعازر ب. ويشهد هليل من حلب أن إسماعيل العزازي ترك أخوين في حلب أحدهما اسمه أسد (وكان له ثلاثة أطفال) والآخر هبة ( وله طفلان)، وأن إسماعيل كان عمًا لسليم بن المذكور أعلاه. منصور من خلال أخيه الثالث منصور. هليل ب. مطهر يؤكد أن إسماعيل العزازي لم يكن متزوجا. مؤرخة في كيسليف 1411 (= 1099 م) وموقعة من إسحاق ب. صموئيل، جوزيف ها كوهين ب. حلفون وبرحيا المعلم ب. أوراه. الظهر: الوثيقة المتعلقة بشهادة الشاهد على الصفحة اليمنى: أبو المرجا يوسف ب. مفوراح (المعروف بابن الناقد)، أبو الحسن هارون بن. يفت الإسكندراني وأبو الفرج يشوع ب. وإسحاق الصباغ يضمن ما بين دينار إلى مائة دينار إذا حضر الورثة غير سالم. مؤرخة في كيسليف 1411 (= 1099 م)، مكتوبة وموقعة من قبل هليل ب. عالي، وتوقيع عمرام ب. إبراهيم وإسحاق ب. صموئيل. بشكل عرضي هناك وثيقة أخرى، فيها إيلي ب. هيليل المرنم يطلب من موسى ب. افرايم غطاءان للرأس صقليان بقيمة 6 دنانير وربع لكن موسى يرفض أي علم بذلك. وقعه إسحاق ب. صموئيل، سليمان ب. ناثان هو حافر ويشوع ب. ياين. النقوش العربية في الهامش.
