الصفحة اليمنى: براءة ذمة مؤرخة في 1170 م، لناديف ها ليفي ب. مسلم من ورثة (ست الأهل بات بيرحيا وأولادها) للمتوفى يشوع ب. حلفون المرنم. لقد أعطى ناديف المبلغ الذي كان بحوزته. إسحاق ب. ساسون القاضي يوقع. توجد على الجانب الأيسر وثائق أخرى يصعب قراءتها، وهي مرتبطة بالقضية المفصلة في الصفحة اليمنى. في يد يهوذا ب. طوڤيه هو حافر، بتاريخ 1176 م، في السمانود.
