ملاحظات	شهادة يؤكد فيها أبو الفرج البزاز (تاجر القماش) أنه كان حاضراً في دكان المودّع مع الروش هقيلوت، عندما طلب منهم مودّع أن يشهدوا له بعدم وجود أي مطالبات بينه وبين إبراهيم العسال (صانع العسل) الذي كان حاضراً أيضاً في ذلك الوقت، وزوجة الأخير. وقعه إسحاق ب. صموئيل، ابراهيم ب. شمعيا هو حافر، من نسل شمعيا جاعون ويفت ب. إبراهيم؛ يعود تاريخه إلى عام ١٤١٤ من العصر السلوقي (= ١١٠٣ م).
