ملاحظات	بيد الكاتب يوسف ب. يعقوب ها بافلي (روش ها سيدر). معظم الصفحة اليمنى والجزء العلوي من الصفحة اليسرى: إسحاق الفاسي، حلوت بيساحيم 1أ-1ب (الصفحة اليمنى) و11أ-11ب (الصفحة اليسرى)، مع انحرافات عن النسخة المطبوعة. يوجد في أسفل الصفحة اليمنى وفي وسط وأسفل الصفحة اليسرى ثلاثة مقاطع من حلوت قطانوت. الجزء السفلي من الصفحة اليمنى واليسرى يحمل عنوان "حلوت مجيللا من حلوت قطانوت". الجزء الأوسط من الكتاب، بعنوان ببساطة "من حلوت قتانوت"، يتناول حلوت بيساحم ويتضمن تعليقًا باللغة اليهودية العربية حول طبيعة حلوت قتانوت.
